Setup will be fully visual inside the Zapier dashboard. No programming, no external developers.
PRO
The integration will be available at no extra cost for customers on the Pro and Business plans of Marai.
What is the Marai + Zapier integration?
It is a connection that will let you create automations ("Zaps") between Marai and over 6,000 apps. Marai events (new appointment, cancellation, new client, payment received) will trigger actions in other tools automatically, with no programming. It will be available on every Pro and Business plan.
Four popular flows you’ll have ready in under five minutes once the integration launches. No code, configurable from Zapier’s visual interface.
New appointment in Marai
Add row in Google Sheets
Every booking is automatically logged in a spreadsheet with client name, service, date, professional and amount. Ideal for accounting or later analysis.
New appointment in Marai
Message in Slack channel
Your team gets a Slack notification every time someone books. Includes appointment details so everyone stays up to date without checking the calendar.
New client in Marai
Create contact in HubSpot
When a new client books for the first time, a contact is automatically created in your CRM with name, email, phone and contracted service.
Appointment cancelled in Marai
Send email via Gmail
If a client cancels, you receive an email with the cancellation details. You can configure it to also notify the affected professional or reception.
Three steps to plug Marai into any tool of your stack. No code, no developers, no friction.
From your Marai dashboard or from Zapier, search for "Marai" in the integration directory and authenticate your account. You will only need your Marai API key, available from Settings > Integrations.
Select which Marai event activates the automation: a new appointment, a cancellation, a new client or a payment received. Each trigger sends the full event data to Zapier.
Choose what happens when the trigger fires: send an email, add a row to Google Sheets, create a contact in your CRM, post to Slack… Map Marai data to the fields of the other app.
The catalog of events planned at launch. Marai will act as both source (trigger) and destination (action) inside any Zap.

What Marai will be able to do as destination
Marai already ships native integrations with WhatsApp, Google Calendar, Stripe and Gmail. Zapier is the perfect complement for connecting with the thousands of remaining tools (CRMs, spreadsheets, marketing, Slack, Notion, Trello…) without Marai having to build every integration individually. If the other app is on Zapier, it can be connected with Marai.
Create your free account and we’ll email you the day it launches. No credit card required.
We are in the final stages of development and Zapier’s review. We expect to publish it in the next few weeks. If you want us to email you on launch day, create your free Marai account and enable product notifications in your profile.
Zapier is an automation platform that connects over 6,000 apps. It works with "Zaps" — automatic rules of the type "when this happens in Marai, do this in another app". No programming required.
Zapier has a free plan that allows up to 100 tasks per month with single-step Zaps. For more complex automations or higher volume, you will need a paid Zapier plan (from $19.99/month). The Marai integration will be included at no extra cost on the Pro and Business plans of Marai.
The planned triggers are: new appointment created, appointment cancelled, appointment completed, new client registered and payment received. Each trigger will send the relevant event data (client name, service, date, amount, etc.).
Yes. Zapier lets you chain multiple actions in a single Zap. For example: when an appointment is created → add row in Google Sheets → send message to Slack → update contact in HubSpot. All in one automation.
Yes. Marai will also be available as an action in Zapier: for example, when someone fills out a Typeform you’ll be able to automatically create an appointment in Marai, or when someone pays in Stripe you’ll register a new client.
