Sent when the professional modifies the date or time of an existing appointment. The client receives the new details and can accept or request another time.

Daily summary

Sent to the professional each morning with the day's appointment list: names, services, times and notes. Available optionally so the professional starts the day prepared.

How is it configured?

Activate email notifications

Email notifications are activated by default in all Marai plans. You just need to make sure your clients have an email address associated with their profile.

Customize the messages

From Settings > Notifications you can edit the text of each email type, add your logo, include directions to your location, cancellation policies and any information relevant to your clients.

Emails are sent automatically

When a client books, cancels or their appointment date approaches, Marai sends the corresponding email automatically. You don't need to do anything manually. Emails are sent with your business name as the sender.

Email + WhatsApp: complete coverage

Email and WhatsApp are complementary channels. WhatsApp has a 98% open rate, ideal for urgent reminders. Email is better for detailed information, formal confirmations and documentation. Marai lets you use both channels simultaneously for maximum effectiveness.

No. Emails are sent from the Marai system with your business name as the sender. This ensures reliable delivery and avoids spam issues. The client sees your business name, not a generic address.

Can I customize the email content?

Yes. You can customize the text of confirmation, reminder and cancellation emails from the Marai dashboard. You can also include your business logo, specific instructions (like directions to your location) and links to your cancellation policy.

Can email reminders be combined with WhatsApp?

Yes. You can activate both channels simultaneously. Marai sends the reminder via WhatsApp first and, if the client doesn't have WhatsApp linked, sends it via email. You can also send via both channels for maximum effectiveness.

Does it work with Outlook, Yahoo or other providers?

Yes. Marai notifications work with any client email address, regardless of their provider: Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, Proton, iCloud or any other. Email is a universal standard.
