Marai charges no commission. You only pay Stripe's standard fee (1.5% + €0.25 in Europe), which is the lowest on the market for card processing.
Can I charge just a deposit instead of the full price?
Yes. You can set a fixed percentage as a deposit (for example, 30% of the price). The rest is collected on-site after the service.
What happens to the money if the client cancels?
You can configure your cancellation policy: full refund if canceled 24h in advance, partial retention if canceled late, or no refund. Everything is automatic.
When do I receive the money?
Stripe deposits the funds directly into your bank account. The typical cycle is 2-7 business days, depending on your country and Stripe configuration.
Is it safe for my clients?
Payments are processed through Stripe, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified (the highest). Marai never stores card data. Your clients pay in a secure, encrypted environment.
