Can I give a bot to more professionals on my team?
Yes. On top of the receptionist bot included in every paid plan, you can activate additional individual bots: up to 1 on Starter, 4 on Pro and 14 on Business. Each individual bot has its own monthly message quota, starting at €5.99/mo per bot.
What if I exceed the monthly quota?
You can buy message packs at any time. Monthly packs renew with your subscription (100 to 2,000 messages, from €5.90/mo) and annual packs are valid for 365 days (500 to 15,000 messages, from €19). You can also upgrade your plan whenever you need to.
