What is the difference between the receptionist bot and an individual bot?
The receptionist bot is included in every Marai paid plan (Starter, Pro or Business) and is assigned to the first professional of the business. Individual bots are optional add-ons you activate for additional team professionals, each with its own dedicated number, calendar and monthly quota.
How many individual bots can I have on each plan?
Starter allows 1 additional individual bot, Pro allows 4 and Business allows 14. In every case the receptionist bot for the first professional is already included in the plan at no extra cost.
How much does each individual bot cost?
It depends on your plan: on Starter it costs €9.99/month (€89/year), on Pro €7.99/month (€69/year) and on Business €5.99/month (€49/year). Per-bot price decreases the higher your main plan.
Do individual bots have their own monthly message quota?
Yes. Each individual bot consumes its own monthly quota based on the business plan: 75 messages/month on Starter, 350 on Pro and 800 on Business. Quota is per professional, not global.
