How do I set up my account for the first time?
When you register, the setup wizard guides you step by step: add your business, define your services, configure your schedule and connect WhatsApp. All in under 10 minutes.
Can I use Marai free forever?
Yes. The free plan includes 1 professional, up to 50 appointments per month and the visual schedule with no time limit. No credit card required to get started.
How do I activate the WhatsApp bot?
In Settings > WhatsApp, connect your WhatsApp Business number and define automatic responses. The bot starts managing bookings and reminders instantly.
How do payments and deposits work?
Marai integrates with Stripe. You can require deposits at booking (fixed amount or percentage) and collect the rest at the appointment. Everything is recorded automatically.
Can I migrate my data from another software?
Yes. Our team helps you import clients, services and appointments from Excel, CSV or other programs. Contact [email protected] and we will guide you through the process.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
You can change or cancel your plan at any time from Settings > Billing. No lock-in, no penalties.
