How many clients can I have?
The Free plan allows up to 50 clients. From Starter onwards (Pro and Business) clients are unlimited.
What information is stored for each client?
Name, email, phone, internal notes, complete appointment history, payments and reliability score. On the Business plan, also custom fields (up to 50 per entity).
How does the reliability score work?
It's calculated automatically based on the client's history: no-shows and late cancellations subtract points, while regular attendance and early confirmations add them. It's an objective score based on real data.
Can I import clients from another system?
Yes, CSV import is available from the Starter plan. You can import up to 500 rows on Starter, 2,000 on Pro and 5,000 on Business. The Free plan does not include import.
Is it GDPR compliant?
Yes. Consent management, client data export and right to erasure (complete deletion) are included in all plans. No extra cost.
