How many clients can I store?
Free plan up to 50 files. Starter, Pro and Business allow an unlimited number of files and of professionals attached to each client.
What information is stored in each client file?
Name, email, phone, internal notes, tags, full appointment and payment history, GDPR consent records and reliability score. On Business you can also add custom fields (up to 50 per entity).
How is the reliability score calculated?
It's automatic and based on the client's real history: attendance and early confirmation add points; no-shows and late cancellations subtract them. No rules to configure — the system updates the score every time an appointment closes.
Can I import my clients from another system?
