Can I configure preparation time between treatments?
Yes. Each service has its own duration and an optional buffer before and after. Marai blocks the time needed to clean the room, prepare product or sterilise the equipment.
How much does Stripe charge for the deposit?
Stripe charges its own per-transaction fee (check the current rates on stripe.com). Marai does not add a per-booking commission: what you charge lands in your account minus the Stripe fee.
Can I assign each room to its equipment?
Yes. Marai supports multi-location and, within each location, lets you assign professionals to their services. If only one aesthetician does pressotherapy, the bot only offers her slots for that treatment.
Can the client cancel and get the deposit back?
You decide the policy. You can configure a full refund with more than 24 hours’ notice, a partial refund the same day and no refund on no-shows. The client sees the policy before paying.
