How does the client receive the review request?
After completing an appointment, Marai automatically sends a feedback request via email, WhatsApp or from the dashboard. The client rates with stars and leaves a comment.
Can I moderate reviews before publishing them?
Yes. Each review has three statuses: published, hidden or flagged for review. You decide which ones are displayed.
What channels are used to request the review?
You can send the request via WhatsApp, email or have the client complete it directly from the dashboard. Three channels, you choose.
Are reviews linked to the appointment?
Yes. Each review is linked to a specific appointment, client and professional. You can view ratings by professional and by service.
