Memberships and loyalty programs are available from the Starter plan (€29/month). Reactivation campaigns are also included from Starter.
What reward types can I configure?
Three types: percentage discount (e.g., 15% on your next visit), fixed discount (€5 off) or free service (a free haircut when reaching 100 points). You define the thresholds and rewards.
What's the difference between recurring and package memberships?
Recurring memberships charge automatically each month and include unlimited or a fixed number of services. Package memberships are paid once and entitle the holder to a specific number of sessions (e.g., 10 yoga sessions).
Are points accumulated automatically?
Yes. Every time a client completes a checkout, points are accumulated according to your program rules. You can also make manual adjustments if needed.
Can I segment reactivation campaigns?
Yes. You can target campaigns to all clients, to those inactive for 30, 60 or 90 days, to your best clients or to a custom selection. Each campaign has its own discount, message and delivery channel.
What happens when a client redeems a reward?
It's recorded as a redemption transaction in their history. Points are automatically deducted and the discount or free service is applied at the next checkout. Everything is recorded with full traceability.
