Which plan includes loyalty?
Loyalty programs and recurring memberships are available from the Pro plan (€59/month). Reactivation campaigns also require Pro or higher.
Can I create memberships with recurring payments?
Yes. You can create monthly or annual membership plans with included service packages (e.g., "5 sessions per month"). Stripe handles the billing automatically.
How do reactivation campaigns work?
Marai detects clients who haven't booked in 30, 60 or 90 days. You can send them an automatic discount via WhatsApp or email to bring them back. You define the message and discount percentage.
What is the client reliability score?
Marai calculates a score for each client based on their history: whether they confirm, arrive on time, cancel in advance. You can use this score to prioritize or block unreliable clients.
