Does the client need an account to fill out the form?

No. Forms are public and accessible with a direct link. The client fills them out and submits without creating an account.

Can I request a digital signature?

Yes. The SIGNATURE field type allows the client to sign on-screen from their device. Ideal for informed consent forms.

Can files be attached?

Yes. The FILE type allows the client to upload documents, photos or reports directly from the form.

Are forms linked to appointments?

Yes. You can link a form to a service, and the client receives it automatically when booking. You see it in their profile before serving them.
